SPACE (SF)

OPPORTUNITY

An expansive, light-filled lobby visible at street level required a dynamic work of art that would both engage tenants and visitors, while drawing the attention from passersby. A 15’ high x 21’ wide piece created by Bette Ridgeway specifically for this space created the impact everyone envisioned.

“Art seamlessly integrated into architecture can elevate the experience of place and space. Finding just the right art and artist for a project is a critical part of the process. Working with Judy Sherman and her team at Art At Work made the  process from initial meeting all the way through installation a pleasure. The resulting combination of art and building architecture make The Boro office tower a unique statement in the area.”

Jordan Goldstein,
Principal & Global Director of Design
Gensler

“When someone has the passion and expertise in what they do, it shows not only in the results they achieve but in the experience one goes through working on the project.  Judy’s enthusiasm, access to unique artwork, and commitment to client satisfaction made the art component of this project seamless and enjoyable. The art installed in our lobby is truly stunning and has created the visual experience we intended for the space. And all below budget!”
